The Process
How your session works
1. Brief & quote
Send your event details — date, venue, timings, guest numbers and the moments that matter most — and I'll come back with a tailored quote and coverage plan.
2. On the day
I arrive early, work the room discreetly and capture the speeches, the laughter, the details and the atmosphere. Formal group shots are planned around the natural flow of the day.
3. Preview & gallery
A small selection of preview images lands within 48 hours, with the full edited gallery delivered within two to three weeks for you and your guests to enjoy.
Studio or on location
Event photography is, by definition, on location — at your venue, home, marquee or office anywhere across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties. Rob is familiar with venues throughout the Chilterns and Thames Valley and adapts quickly to available light, from bright daytime celebrations to candle-lit evening receptions. Travel within 30 miles of High Wycombe is included; further afield is a simple flat fee.

There's nothing for guests to prepare — just enjoy the day. If you'd like formal group portraits, it helps to let key family members know roughly when they'll happen so nobody wanders off at the crucial moment. Hosts sometimes set aside a tidy corner or a nice backdrop for groups; mention it in the planning chat and we'll factor it in.
Delivery & timeline
You'll receive a handful of preview images within 48 hours so you have something to share straight away, then the full professionally-edited gallery within two to three weeks. Prints and albums can be added afterwards, and additional hours of coverage can be arranged in advance.
